We had our first snow fall! It snowed 2 inches over night. While it looked nice when I first saw it, I realized it would be messy very quickly. We had a two hour delayed opening today so I didn't have to go to work as early as I usually do. That was nice. But the later I leave for work, the longer it takes to get there and with the weather the way it was, it took even longer…cleaning off the car, etc. And the nice snow had turned into sleet and rain by the time I left for work. Now it's nasty out. We are supposed to get another 3 to 5 inches tonight into tomorrow. Since tomorrow is Saturday, it won't matter how much we get. I got three new DVD's in the mail yesterday so I can spend the day watching those if the weather is as bad as they say it's going to be. I should have taken a picture of the snow but didn't think about it until now. Maybe later.
