Happy Halloween

We would normally have a Halloween Party with lots of friends, food, wine and fun. But thanks to COVID we had to cancel the party this year. Instead, my husband put on his costume and we went walking around the neighborhood to see the decorations. I did carve a pumpkin though. Here are some pictures from the evening. It was fun but I didn’t dress up.

Happy Halloween

Despite COVID Halloween continues on with a few modifications. Masks are mandatory. Candy is set out on tables or in bowls. No knocking on doors. We took a walk around the neighborhood to see what the decorations were like. Here’s just a little of what we saw.

Halloween Party

We had our annual Halloween party this evening. We had about 16 people show up. Almost everyone was wearing a costume. Of course I forgot to pick up my phone and take some pictures. I did take a picture of the pumpkin I carved. I was going for a scary face this year. I also got a picture of us in our costumes. I was a Safari guide and my husband was a vampire. I think we look pretty good. We had a great time catching up with all our guests. And we enjoyed some great wines with all the food my husband prepared. Another successful Halloween party!

Halloween Party

Tonight we had our annual Halloween Party. We had lots of guests, food and wine. As usual it was very successful. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the food and wine. Here are some pictures from the party. You can see how I carved the pumpkin too.

I walked a total of 4.64 miles today.

Tired Walk

We had our Halloween Party last night. I didn’t get to bed until 3:00 AM. I was very tired and it was raining so I had to walk inside. I only walked 2.01 miles.

And here are our costumes from last night. I actually made mine myself. I bought a sewing machine and hemmed the shorts because they were too long and I sewed the stripe on the shirt. It was fun to learn how to use the sewing machine and figure out how to hem shorts and sew on the stripe. There are lots of videos online to show you how to do these things. I love it!
