Archerr was determined to try roasted vegetables, andI warned him that he may not like roasted veggies; however, his stubborn pride got in the way of his alleged hatred for vegetal joy and happiness. Fortunately, we visited a winery that featured wines which paired well with summer veggies. Archerr, in his sudden vegetable madness, roasted eggplant, squash, and tomatoes. I tried to stop Archerr as he sprinkled fresh thyme leaves and basil over the sacrificial veggies. Alas, Archerr prevailed—-his veggie madness was bigger than the both of us. He cannot stop himself for eating all forms of vegetables. Is there help for vegetable addicts? Please let us know! Here you see me trying to find a wine that satifies vegetable addicts.
