Before the 2008 Presidential election has really begun, one of my favorites is already out. Today Mark Warner, former governor of Virginia, announced he won’t be running in the ’08 election. Too bad. I thought he might be one who would have a chance. It’s still early though. We have plenty of time to find another strong candidate.
