My friend Ross and I went to the Renwick Gallery to see the Burning Man exhibit. While the installations were interesting and fun to look at and interact with, I didn’t leave there feeling like I need to experience the Burning Man event. It was investing to learn about the event and see lots of photos and read a lot about the event though. We had lunch and talked a lot after seeing the exhibit.

My wonderful husband made us French toast for breakfast today. It was SO good!

Today we went to three different wineries. We went to one to pick up club wines. One was a new winery and the last was one we’ve been to before. We had a fun day. The grapes are being harvested at this time of the year. Here are some cabernet franc grapes that are just about ready to be picked.

As I have done many times in the past, I joined a group of protesters at the NRA Headquarters. We are protesting the money, the policies, the deaths created by the NRA. I’ll continue to protest as long as we are having mass shootings. The NRA isn’t helping.
