No, not that kind of four inches. The snow has ended and we only got four inches. Of course it messed up traffic all over the place and schools got out early but not for me. We went the whole day. It took me awhile to get home because of the slow drivers but it wasn't too bad. Now I'm hoping we got enough snow to have a delayed opening tomorrow. That would be nice. I'll wake up, see it on the news, and roll over for another few hours of sleep. I like being able to go in later than usual. It makes for a shorter day.

I saw on the news that historically December 5th has had some kind of snow event for the last six years. I guess I can look forward to snow again next year on December 5th. This is just the beginning of the snow season. I'm sure there will be other opportunities for snow days.

According to the weathermen, our first snow will arrive tomorrow. We will only get a dusting to two inches. I doubt we’ll get 2 inches but it will be fun to see the first snow. Of course I start thinking about having days off from school. That won’t happen.
