I haven’t posted anything since April 10th. Where have I been? I’ve been in Knoxville, Tennessee. My mother became very ill in March and spent a month in the hospital. I went down to be with her and help her for the whole month of May. I came home on Monday because she had recovered so well, she didn’t need me anymore. She’s still not out of the woods yet, but she’s doing so much better.

I used to post pictures every day and tell you what my exercise was for the day. I’ve decided not to do that anymore. I’ll update the blog from time to time.
