I've made it to the end of my first week back to work after a busy summer. It's been a very busy week and I'm glad we have a three day weekend. I haven't had time to do much else besides school work and sleep. My house is a bit messy and I have laundry to do but I'm sure I'll get to those things sometime this weekend.

I met with a kitchen designer yesterday and began the first steps to renovating my kitchen in the coming months. She was very detailed and asked lots of questions. If her bid comes within my budget, I'll probably go with her. We connected really well and she seemed to know what I meant with all my choices.

Ernesto is going to make our Labor Day weekend really wet but it shouldn't ruin the whole weekend. Hopefully you'll enjoy your weekend wherever you are!
