Today Apple announced the iPhone 11. One of the models is the iPhone 11 Pro Max. It’s the same size as the one I have now (iPhone XS Max) but of course it is faster and has new camera features. This one has 3 different cameras. It has a wide, ultra wide and a telephoto lens. They are all 12 megapixels. Why are they still using 12 megapixel sensors?
They also introduced a new color this year, midnight green. I’ve decided to get the new iPhone. I’m going to get the iPhone 11 Pro Max in midnight green with 256 gigs of memory. Pre-orders start this Friday at 5:00 AM PST which is 8:00 AM my time. At least I don’t have to get up at the crack of dawn to order the phone. If you order this Friday, they deliver on September 20th. I can’t wait!
Apple also introduced a new iPad (nothing special) and a new Apple Watch. The Apple Watch series 5 has a few new features but I’m not sure I should upgrade. I just got the series 4 in the summer. I’ll have to think about it. I’ll probably get it though.
Apple also announced their TV service, Apple TV+ will begin on November 1st for $4.99 a month. I’ll probably sign up for that. I want to see some of the content they have been advertising and the only way to see it is to have the service. I am looking forward to that.
