Today I went back to the dentist to get my permanent bridge for my front teeth. I think they look good and they feel good. I’m pleased with the outcome. It was outrageously expensive but I think it’s worth it. I’ll probably have these the rest of my life.

I walked a total of 2.37 miles today.
