Date Night Dinner
My husband is leaving for New Orleans in the morning. We decided to go out to dinner tonight since he’ll be gone until next week. We went to Martin’s Tavern for dinner. We love that place. It was delicious of course. We also had a nice bottle of wine.
I walked 2.25 miles today.
On another note, Apple had an education event today and introduced a new iPad that is geared toward education. The best part is that it now recognizes the Apple Pencil. It’s the lowest cost iPad. I decided to get one! It should be here next week. I got the cheapest one. No cellular, only 32 gigs, and no bells and whistles. I have not been using an iPad for a few years and really didn’t need this one but I wanted it.
New Meet Up Group
Recently I joined a new meet up group. It’s a group for guys who are free during the day who want to get together with other guys who are free during the day to do different things like having lunch, going on walks, etc.
The first meet up was to get lunch together. I met all these guys at a restaurant in Arlington. All the guys were very nice. I met two who sat near me and we got along really well. We laughed and had a good time getting to know each other. I really had a good time and was glad I joined the group. I’m looking forward to the next get together!

Winery Visit
Today we went to Big Cork Vineyards in Maryland. We went there because the winemaker there used to be at Breaux Vineyards where I’m a club member. We tasted all his wines and they were wonderful. I decided to join the club there! I’m going to have to drop one of my clubs because I can’t afford this every month! But we do enjoy the wines!

Where’s The Baby
The husband put the baby in the fridge today by my can of water. The baby keeps moving.
