Today my husband came back from his trip to New Orleans to spend time with his parents. We went out to dinner instead of cooking. He’s going to be doing a lot of cooking over the next two days so he wanted and easy evening. It’s good to have him home again!
So this leather chair has to go. It’s in the way of my art area and in front of the wine rack. So today I put it up for sale on our building website. Right away I got 4 emails from people asking about it. It didn’t sell by the end of today so here’s hoping it will sell soon. I want it out of the way. I’ve had it for more than 10 years but it’s time to let it go.
On Saturday I set up my art area in the office. I have storage bins for all the things I need. I have a big table on wheels for the area to actually do art. Today I spent the majority of the day creating art. I’m selling 4 pieces of eBay. I haven’t done that since the crash of 2008. No one bought artwork back then. Anyway, instead of walking today, I did art. However, I did go a total of 3.20 miles just moving around today. So even though I’m not carving out a specific time to exercise, I am walking around pretty far in just my daily movements.
I walked 3.21 miles total today. I went shopping and got a ton of kisses on sale. Of course I eat a ton of them too. When they are gone, I promise I won’t get anymore.
I got up this morning and took a picture of the sunrise. It was cold but the sun was out. It was a really nice day. I didn’t go for a walk though. I figured I could take a few days off. It was another day of watching Christmas movies and laying on the couch. I did talk with my husband on the phone. He told me about his time with his family. He was having a good time. He told me how to make the hot chocolate that he makes for me. I was able to duplicate the process and make myself a cup!
