Today I met my friend Ross at the Botanic Gardens in DC. They had it all decorated for Christmas. There were lots of poinsettias. We had a good time walking around and talking. We brought our lunches and enjoyed them outside in one of the gardens. I had a good time and it was good to see Ross and catch up.

I also walked on the treadmill today. With the exercise app I walked 2.62 miles.
