Back To AU

It’s Friday! I’ve kept this up for a week now. I got up and got out to the track at American University to walk. I like to do at least two miles each day. Today I did 2.2 miles. Not as good as yesterday but still above 2 miles.

More Walking

As you can see in today’s picture, I walked again this morning at American University. I walked 2.35 miles. A little more than yesterday but not sure I can keep adding to the count each day. It was a bit humid this morning.

I have started to exercise because I’m old and fat and need to get into to shape. Now that I’m retired I have the time and no excuse not too. This morning I walked at American University. I walked 2.28 miles. I’ve decided to take a picture on each walk I do. Here’s the first. It was shot on the campus with my iPhone 6s.

Day 328 of 365

So today when I got home from work I fired up the Wii and working on bowling, tennis, and golf. I worked for 42 minutes. Since I started the Wii last week, I’ve lost 2 pounds. That’s a good rate. I hope I continue to lose. I love the bowling game. I bowled really well today. I had a 159, 165, and a 202. Yay for me!
