Here I am right after my walking today. Just slightly sweaty. I’m sure it will get worse as the temperatures rise in a few weeks.
I walked a total of 3.12 miles today with 1.61 on the treadmill.

Today I bought one of those Pop Out things to go on the back of your phone to make it easier to take selfies. So here is the first selfie with the Pop out thing. Not bad.
