Today I got a second Home Pod because yesterday Apple introduced a software update that lets the Home Pods become one and play the same music from both. Now I have one in the living room and one in the office and I can play the same music throughout the house. It’s cool. It works flawlessly.
I only walked 1 mile today inside.
Today I walked 2.13 miles indoors. Nothing fun to take pictures of so here’s the hallway.
Today is my 54th birthday! Happy Birthday to me! Here is my yearly birthday selfie. I don’t think I look too bad for 54.

Today we drove home from Charlottesville. On the way home we stopped at a winery we haven’t been to in 3 years. We met the owner again and this time he poured a wine for us that is part of a special tasting. We had a good time and bought some wine.
When I got home I walked 1.55 miles inside.
While in Charlottesville we went by and visited my dad. I don’t think he’s doing very well. He’s got all kinds of issues and my older sister is in charge of taking care of them. I might have to step in and start taking over some of the care issues but I’m 2 ½ hours away. He was very confused when I saw him and thought I was my brother. While he is in an assisted living facility, he’s in the part that is independent care. I think it’s time to move him to the assisted part to get more of these issues taken care of. I’m not sure my sister would agree. I’ll have to find out more the next time I see him.
