Who is going to pay a drug company $50,000 for a drug that helps 1 in 10,000 people when a similar drug helps 100 in 10,000 people and costs half as much? That is basically what N.I.C.E. does, it doesn’t kill people, it just stops us all being ripped off by the drug companies.
