Today the boyfriend and I and his parents (who flew up from New Orleans just for this) harvested grapes at Gray Ghost winery. It’s one of our favorite wineries. We had to get up early and harvested grapes for several hours. 2007 has been a great year for grapes so there was a record crop of vidal grapes…the ones we harvested today. We had a great time and it was nice spending time with the boyfriend’s parents. Here’s a picture of me while harvesting and a picture of the boyfriend harvesting grapes and being silly. By the end of the day we were very tired. Again, I’m feeling the effects of getting old.
