As you can see from the picture, my iPod Shuffle arrived today! I have to say this might be the coolest little device that Apple has produced. It is extremely simple to use and it’s so light. It’s SO light I forgot that I had it in my pocket while doing things around the house. When I opened the package I didn’t even read the book. I plugged it into my iMac and iTunes recognized it instantly. I selected lots of different songs and dragged them to the iPod Shuffle and BAM! It was ready. It took about an hour to charge up and then I started listening to music. It sounds very good for such a small device. I might even say it sounds better than my iPod Mini. The only thing I can think of to complain about is the little slider on the back side that turns it on. It doesn’t have a grip or anything and I find it a little hard to slide it in just the right position. I’m sure the more I use it, the more I’ll get used to the slider. Overall I think it’s a great little device and I’m sure I’ll listen to tunes with it every day. I’ve been giving my iPod Mini a workout lately so having the Shuffle to play with will be fun.
