Thanks Robert. I used a tripod, a 300 mm lens, and because of how bright the moon is, I used a setting of under exposure by 2.5 F stops. That seem to bring out the detail in the moon but makes the sky completely black. I think it’s a pretty good shot. Thanks!
That is a beautiful shot. How did you do it. I can never get a shot of the moon like that. What settings did you use? Free hand or on a tripod?
Aw…that’s too bad. It was really big and bright here. Maybe next year you’ll get a good view of the super moon.
Nice! I can’t see the moon because we’re under a seemingly perpetual overcast. 🙁
