Today I went to Huntley Meadows Park to find some more birds for my bird count. Here are the birds I photographed:

Each year I start my bird count over. Last year I ended with 52 birds photographed. I hope to get past that number this year. My husband and I went out for a walk today and I photographed three birds. It’s not much but it’s a start for the new year.

This morning I went bird watching at Huntley Meadows Park in Alexandria. I’ve been there many times. I wasn’t expecting to see to many birds since it’s mid January. I was surprised! I found 10 new birds for this year…some new completely!
