Paul, I lived in a building where I could walk the halls and loved. There were like 3 wings. I usually just did it when the weather was bad. I have a pedometer that I got thru work. It records my steps each day, so I don’t have to reset it. I walk about 3 miles a day and if I do that get over 10,000 steps. I have also started putting my weight, blood sugar, minutes of exercise and step as new events on my ICalendar.
I also read the comments following the news articles – they are entertaining. The open door story is hilarious – maybe someone came and took the body….
